The rooms are huge and most have private bathrooms which is great when you have a large group. Trash pickup twice a week or additional trash cans would be a great help though. We had various family members in for five days at the beach, and had a terrific time. This is the second year we've stayed in this house. There were a few minor issues, but the management company addressed the issues quickly. We were very comfortable and would happily stay there again if we return to Pensacola.

We have stayed in condos, townhomes as our family grew up and now our children have their own. We had a group of 25 and stayed at the house for 5 nights over Thanksgiving week! This house was absolutely fabulous and incredibly well stocked. It's MAYBE a minute walk to get your toes in the sand. The beaches are gorgeous and were never crowded. The pool was so wonderful, and having it heated was so worth it.

Property Types

Heated Pool was a great alternative to the beach. Property could have been maintained and cleaned a bit better. More linens would have been nice too.Service before during and after from Management company and owner was excellent. We've dealt with Paradise Beach Homes multiple times and they've always been great.

The other two bedrooms are a second king and a kids’ room with two bunk beds. There’s a lot to be said about the timeless stylishness of mid-century design, and this property is a fine example of that classic and sophisticated style. Near restaurants and other entertainment activities. We had a family reunion with 29 people and it fit us perfectly. The beds were comfortable, the pool was warm, the beach was close and it was all very clean. The only thing that could have been better is if there was some sort of shade area down by the pool and better knives. Loved the ice machine and having two refrigerators.FYI - you do need to bring your own beach/pool towels. The beach access is just 100' to the west of the home and offers delightful views of the sand and surf.

With the pool heated, the beach just across the street and a playground a block away, there was something for all ages. The home was clean and cozy with tvs and bathrooms for all. The kitchen was amply stocked with enough cookware for all of our meals and a Thanksgiving feast.

From the living room’s teak floors and decadent leather sofas to the ocean views gracing every bedroom, everything in the mansion suggests a glamorous lifestyle. The bathrooms are particularly grand. Florida’s Panhandle is famous for pristine white beaches, the very vision of coastal idyll. The city of Pensacola is a small one with a vibrant downtown area along Palafox Street. There is absolutely no shortage of restaurants, bars, and interesting historical attractions.

The beach front, the calm and serenity, along with "the trolley car" is what makes this condo a far cry from some of the other monstrous buildings. This 7br was prefect for our family of 14 over Thanksgiving. The 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers in the kitchen helped me feed our group. We had an amazing vacation and would definitely return. A group of friends rented this house and had such a good time. The home is very spacious and is great for a large group of adults due to the 11 rooms, many bathrooms, and large kitchen. The beach access is very close and we enjoyed sunning and swimming by day then retiring to the pool in the evening and making use of the grills for dinner. I don’t believe we have any significant complaints.

The home is clean, well laid out for being together or having a bit of privacy. Large pool with plenty of deck area for lounging. 1003 Ariola Drive, It was excellent and everything was very nice, clean and well maintained. And Paradise Home staff, went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant after the previous location did not provide the accommodations as expected. It was an enjoyable relaxing 30 days. This family weekend was a tremendous success due in part because of this beach house.
